Our Team

Quentin Kennedy, Managing Director

Quentin has worked in the organic industry for over fifteen years. Having grown up on the land, he understands the difficulties associated with agriculture. And he's committed to organics because he firmly believes that sustainable farming helps everyone in the food supply chain – because it is able to provide financial and environmental sustainability.

As a Board member of Australian Organic (Australia's largest organic member and certification body), he has an excellent understanding of the organic industry as a whole. Quentin also holds a degree in Agribuisness.

Michelle Neven, Export Logistics & Office Manager

With accredited skills in Frontline Management, Michelle has been instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement to Kialla’s internal and export procedural policies. She strongly believes that customer communication is vital to company growth and continued success. Michelle’s experience in the medical industry allowed her to gain a particular appreciation for the importance of organics and healthy living. Having come from a farming background, she decided to return to the agribusiness sector for a more challenging role. She loves to meet our customers, and her enthusiasm reflects  her commitment for delivering above and beyond expectations.

Angelo Lipari, National Sales Manager

Angelo's background in the baking industry brings not only sales expertise but also an extensive knowledge of baking processes and products.
