Produced by milling the non-gluten grains sorghum, buckwheat, maize and quinoa to create a 99.9% gluten-free flour. Has a creamy beige colour and gives a natural nutty flavour to baked goods. Has been formulated to behave in a similar way to wheat flour in baked goods. Refrigeration storage recommended to retain freshness.

Prior to the milling of non-gluten grains there is a comprehensive clean-down process to minimise cross-contamination. Our testing is accurate to 10 parts per million, and is verified by independent labs.
