What we offer

Services that we provide:

  • our branded products for retail, wholesale, manufacturing and baking
  • packing of private label retail products
  • manufacturing of premixes to specifications
  • processing of specialty grains.

Our efficient, modern complex is able to prepare and manufacture a wide range of cereal grains for wholesalers and retailers.

And we haven’t forgotten traditions – our wholegrain products are still made using the old-fashioned mill stones. This method of milling protects nutrients and enzymes in the flour, and retains the goodness of the whole grain.

Our SQF food safety assurance, and organic certifications ensure the highest quality products for both local and international markets. Want to know more on how we ensure food safety?

All Kialla products are certified organic by Australian Certified Organic and are produced under the SQF Quality Assurance system. We also hold the organic certifications for China, Japan, Korea, and USDA. You’ll find all details on our certifications page.

We process our grains into a wide range of organic baking flours, specialty flours, premixes and other cereal based value-added products. These are appropriate for manufacturing and artisan bakeries, as well as hospitality services and retailers. Have a look at our product range.

Our own branded products are available in bulk bags, 20kg, 5kg and retail sizes.

In addition to supplying our branded products, we can pack private label retail products and manufacture premixes to our client’s specifications.

We are also able to process specialty grains on a toll milling or contract basis.

See how we do it on our Virtual Tour of the Mill.

We’ve found that Kialla popcorn is the best – it pops so much better than other popcorns, and it tastes great. Our kids love it.

I truly like the transparency and traceability that Kialla Pure Foods offers. I’m actually able to see which farm grew the wheat milled into my 10kg bag of flour. This really sealed the deal for me. And I feel that Kialla sets themselves apart in this sense.

We’ve been using Kialla’s products for approximately seven years now, making the change to Organic Spelt Flour following the discovery that my son had a wheat and dairy intolerance. I have found that our whole family’s health has improved.
