Weigh 60 gms (approx 3 heaped tablespoons) of Good Morning Oats, with 160Mls of liquid into a container or blender. Mix until blended through.
You can add more or less liquid depending on how thick or thin you prefer your drink.

- Milk either full cream or Skim.
- Coconut Water
- Soya milk
- Almond Milk
Healthy Smoothie Variations
- Add ½ a banana + 30gm Honey + 10gm Wheat germ + 180 mls liquid into blender and mix thoroughly.
- Add 60gm frozen mixed berries + 60gms cereal powder + 180mls liquid into a blender and mix thoroughly.
- Stir 40gms Cereal powder through 200gms of Greek Yogurt.
Healthy Protein Balls
Cereal Drink Mix – 150 gms
Chopped Dates – 40 gms
Honey – 50 gms
Peanut Butter – 50gms
Note: Quinoa, Chia, Sesame Seeds make be added also to taste.
Method: Place all ingredients into bowl and mix until a firm paste is formed. Weigh off into 30gm pieces and round into a ball. Roll in the coconut. Place into fridge.
