Hi Jennifer
to my knowledge of paleo diets there are no grains included. So that would tend to eliminate any breads made with grains. Having said that, for some strange reason masses of nuts are permitted in a paleo diet (it’s not like our paleo ancestors could be bothered to open enough nuts and make cakes with nut meal) so you could conceivably have nut bread. FYI there is evidence that our paleo ancestors ate wild grass seeds (essentially most modern cereal grains started as wild grasses) which ground into a rough flour and baked into flatbreads. Doubt very much our paleo ancestors were eating pastured animals either… but don’t get me started on the speciousness of the paleo diet! Anyway, good luck with your paleo bread search. Perhaps someone else can add more helpful info to this thread.
cheers
