Our new Organic Non-Gluten Grains Flour is formulated with white sorghum, maize, buckwheat and quinoa flours. It bakes very much like flour, although it has a stronger flavour (that's the buckwheat and the quinoa). Add a natural flavouring like vanilla to plain cakes if you find the flavour too strong.
You will also need to add more moisture to your recipe mixes if swapping out wheat flours for this non-gluten flour. We suggest extra eggs or apple puree to increase the moisture in the recipe.
