There's nothing better than waking to the smell of fresh bread!
Our new range of Artisan Bread Mixes mean that you can bake real bread at home in your bread machine.
Set to mix and bake in the machine overnight then wake up to fresh bread.
Or use your sourdough starter and allow an overnight fermentation so the loaf is ready to bake first thing in the morning.
We recommend using yeast if you are baking the mixes in a bread machine.
Your machine will not allow the longer fermentation required for a good sourdough loaf.
Follow the instructions on the packet for correct measurements of water and yeast. If you’re a bread baking beginner you may want to check out our detailed instructions by choosing from the recipe buttons, above.
Don't have a bread machine? No problem!
Bake the bread mixes in the oven, as you would normally bake a loaf of bread – use a tray or tin/oven-proof pot. Line the pot or tin with baking paper and a little oil. You will find oven-baking instructions on the back of your packet, or find detailed instructions in our recipe hub.
Make a sourdough starter
Are you new to sourdough? Our bread mixes make it easy – you simply use a sourdough starter instead of yeast and add the recommended amount according to the detailed instructions for each bread mix.
You can also find a recipe and steps for making a sourdough starter over at our recipe hub.
