Mung Beans are delicious sprouted or cooked. One of the healthiest legumes, they pack nutrients into all kinds of dishes from salads to curries and “Mung Dahl”. To sprout: soak overnight, rinse daily but keep moist, and sprouts will appear within two to three days (we recommend researching more about sprouting if you are a beginner).
