A longer-term organic farmer in the Goondiwindi region Eric grows organic barley, khorasan wheat, sorghum, linseed, and White French Millet for Kialla.
More recently Eric has expanded his operations to include another property in the Yelarbon district, not far from his first farm at Goondiwindi. This new farm recently went through a 3 year in-conversion process to become fully certified organic – a stamp of Eric’s faith in the organic farming industry.
The Yelarbon property has irrigation capacity which will ensure we have more reliable grain supplies, since the crops will not be as susceptible to drought.
Eric also operates a composting business which keeps him busy when not managing the farming operations on the 2 properties. The compost also supplies good nutrition for the organic soil on his farms.
