Overnight Oats are easy to prepare the night before, and they are delicious straight up in the morning, however if you want to dress them up a little then make this healthy berry sauce.
½ cup Kialla Pure Organic Rolled Oats
½ cup of your preferred milk (dairy, coconut, almond etc)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp Kialla Pure Organic Linseed (aka flax seed)
1 tsp Kialla Pure Organic Sunflower Kernels
½ cup raspberries
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp goji berries
1 tsp chia seeds
The night before, combine overnight oats, all seeds, half the blueberries, and milk, cover and leave to soak in the fridge.
The next morning make the raspberry ‘sauce’: heat 1/4 cup of raspberries in the microwave or on the stovetop until well softened and ‘mash’ through the maple syrup.
Remove oats from the fridge, stir, then drizzle raspberry sauce over the oats and top with remaining raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, goji berries, and chia seeds.
