Whole Wheat Grain is perfect for milling, cooking or sprouting, and is packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre. Use as a rice substitute in side dishes, pilafs or risotto, or add to soups and casseroles. If pre-cooked it can be added to many baked goods. This hard variety of wheat grain has an average moisture content of less than 12% and is easily stored for long periods with its nutritional value intact.
